Specifications, tolerance and other technical requirements adopted bydivision.

413.055. The specification, tolerances, and other technicalrequirements for commercial weighing and measuring devices as adopted bythe National Conference on Weights and Measures and published in the mostrecent edition of National Institute of Standards and Technology Handbook44, "Specifications, Tolerances, and Other Technical Requirements forCommercial Weighing and Measuring Devices", and supplement thereto orrevision thereof, shall apply to commercial weighing and measuring devicesin this state, except insofar as modified or rejected by state regulations.
