Common carriers of fuels, shipment records, contents.

414.122. Every person engaged in business in this state asa common carrier or marketer of fuels or petroleum products shallexhibit upon demand by the director of agriculture or thedirector of revenue, books, papers, and records showing anyshipment in, into or out of this state of gasoline, diesel fuel,heating oil, kerosene or aviation turbine fuel and also anybooks, papers, and records showing the origin or destination ofsuch shipments, including the names and addresses of theconsignors and consignees of such shipments.
