Rules, authority, promulgation.

414.142. The director of agriculture and the director of revenue maypromulgate such rules as shall not be inconsistent with the provisions ofthis chapter and which in their judgment will best serve to carry out thepurpose thereof. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under theauthority of this chapter shall become effective unless it has beenpromulgated pursuant to the provisions of section 536.024, RSMo.
