Use of funds, restrictions.
414.580. No funds collected by the council shall be used inany manner for influencing legislation or for campaigncontributions, except that the council may recommend to thedirector changes in sections 414.500 to 414.590 or other statutesthat would further the purposes of sections 414.500 to 414.590.
