Sale by bulk milk handler at less than cost--evidence.

416.430. 1. No bulk milk handler shall, with the intent orwith the effect of unfairly diverting trade from a competitor, orof otherwise injuring a competitor, or of destroying competition,or of creating a monopoly, advertise, offer to sell or sellwithin the state of Missouri, bulk milk, raw or pasteurized, thatis intended for the processing of any milk product for less thanthe cost to the bulk milk handler.

2. Proof of the advertising, offer to sell or sale of bulkmilk by a bulk milk handler for less than cost to the bulk milkhandler is prima facie evidence of a violation of this section.
