Rules, authority, promulgation, procedure.

416.460. The director is authorized and directed to promulgate rulesand regulations to carry out the purposes of sections 416.410 to 416.560.No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority of thischapter shall become effective unless it has been promulgated pursuant tothe provisions of section 536.024, RSMo.
