Nonresident manufacturers, processors and distributors to pay licensefee.

416.500. Any person who acts as a distributor or whooperates a milk or milk products manufacturing or processingplant located outside of this state and sells, offers for sale ordistributes milk or milk products in this state shall pay thelicense fee provided for in sections 416.410 to 416.560 on allsales in this state of milk products except cottage cheese, andshall be subject to all of the provisions of sections 416.410 to416.560.
