Civil action by injured party authorized.

416.635. Any person who is injured in his business orproperty in a relevant geographic market by reason of anythingforbidden or declared unlawful by sections 416.600 to 416.640 maysue therefor in any circuit court of this state in which thedefendant or defendants, or any of them, reside, or have anyofficer, agent or representative, or in which any such defendant,or any agent, officer or representative may be found. Suchaction shall be brought within four years of the allegedoccurrence. Such person may:

(1) Sue for damages sustained by such person, and if thejudgment is for the plaintiff, such person shall be awardedthreefold damages by him sustained and reasonable attorney's feesas determined by the court, together with the costs of suit; and

(2) Bring proceedings to enjoin the unlawful practices, andif decree is for the plaintiff, such person shall be awardedreasonable attorney's fees as determined by the court, togetherwith the costs of the suit.
