What constitutes evidence.

417.280. The use by any person engaged in manufacturing,bottling or selling liquids, of a vessel marked or distinguishedas aforesaid, the description of which has been filed andpublished as provided in section 417.250, without the writtenconsent of, or purchase from, the owner thereof, or the buying,selling, disposing of or trafficking in such vessels or any partthereof by such person without such written consent or purchase;or the possession by any junk dealer or dealer in secondhandarticles of any such vessels, or any part thereof, without thewritten consent of or purchase from the owner thereof, shall beprima facie evidence of unlawful use, possession of or traffic inthe same.
