Receptacles--unlawful use.

417.310. It shall be unlawful for any person other than theone named in the certificate issued by the secretary of state asprovided in section 417.300, without the written consent of theperson named in such certificate, to fill any receptacle bearingthe name, mark, or device recorded as provided in said sectionwith milk, buttermilk, cream, ice cream or any other substance,or to buy, sell, give, take, dispose of in any way, traffic in ordestroy any receptacle bearing any such name, mark or device.
