Action for misappropriation must be brought when, timelimitation--continuing misappropriation is one claim.

417.461. An action for misappropriation shall be brought within fiveyears after the misappropriation is discovered or by the exercise ofreasonable diligence should have been discovered. For the purposes of thissection, a continuing misappropriation constitutes a single claim.
