Penalty.

419.050. Any hotel keeper who shall violate any of theprovisions of section 419.040 or who shall charge any guest agreater rate than is specified in said notice shall be deemedguilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall befined not less than ten dollars nor more than fifty dollars foreach offense.
