Bond, where filed and recorded--approval.

426.090. The bond shall be filed in the office of the clerkof the court in which the inventory is filed, shall be approvedby the court, or in the absence of the judge, by the clerk andshall be by the clerk recorded in a book for such purpose, to bekept in his office and labeled "assignments".
