On return of citation, court may order inventory and bond filed ordismiss assignee.

426.270. On the return of the citation, the court mayrequire the assignee to file an inventory and to give bond, withgood and sufficient security, in such time as it may deemreasonable, or may proceed at once to dismiss such assignee fromhis trust.
