429.032. 1. When multiple lots, tracts or parcels are the subject ofone mechanic's lien created by virtue of sections 429.010 to 429.340, it shallbe permissible for every mechanic or other person who has a lien upon suchmultiple lots, tracts or parcels to release one or more of the lots, tracts orparcels from the mechanic's lien. The lots, tracts or parcels released, andthe amount of mechanic's lien debt attributable to such lot, tract or parcelso released shall be specified by the mechanic's lien claimant.
2. Whenever a mechanic's lien filed upon multiple lots, tracts orparcels is partially released as to one or more of the lots, tracts orparcels, it shall be the duty of the mechanic's lien claimant to acknowledgeupon the record or the margin thereof, in the office of the clerk of thecircuit court, the portion of the mechanic's lien debt that is satisfied andthe lots, tracts or parcels which are being released. The acknowledgmentshall be sufficient if filed with the clerk of the circuit court in thefollowing form:
