430.130. Actions against lienors barred.
Actions against lienors barred.
430.130. Conformity to the requirements of sections 430.080to 430.140 shall be a perpetual bar to any action against suchlienor by any person for the recovery of such chattels or thevalue thereof, or of any damages growing out of the failure ofsuch person to receive such chattels.
