Lienor may proceed by replevin.

430.210. For the purpose of enforcing such lien upon defaultin the payment of the sum secured, the lienor may proceed byreplevin in any court of competent jurisdiction and possesshimself of the encumbered property, and hold the same subject tosuch judgment as he shall recover.
