Private seals abolished.

431.010. The use of private seals in written contracts,conveyances of real estate, and all other instruments of writingheretofore required by law to be sealed (except the seals ofcorporations), is hereby abolished, but the addition of a privateseal to any such instrument shall not in any manner affect itsforce, validity or character, or in any way change theconstruction thereof.
