Minor spouse or parent may give consent, when.

431.065. Any minor who has been lawfully married and anyminor parent or legal custodian of a child, if otherwisecompetent to contract, shall be considered an adult for thepurpose of entering into a contract for surgical, medical, orother treatment or procedures for himself, his spouse, his childand any child in his legal custody.
