Severability clause.

432.295. If any provision of sections 432.200 to 432.295 or itsapplication to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invaliditydoes not affect other provisions or applications of sections 432.200 to432.295 which can be given effect without the invalid provision orapplication, and to this end the provisions of sections 432.200 to 432.295are severable.
