Performing rights society duties--list of music to be on file withattorney general.

436.155. The performing rights society shall establish and maintain atoll-free telephone number which the proprietor may use to inquireregarding specific musical works and copyright owners represented by thatperforming rights society. The performing rights society shall file aprinted listing of works licensed by the society with the attorney general,and provide or make available, upon request, a listing on suitableelectronic media to bona fide trade associations representing groups ofproprietors. A list shall be provided the proprietor by electronic orother means, solely at the proprietor's expense.
