Notice of contract, when.

436.245. 1. Within seventy-two hours after entering into an agencycontract or before the next scheduled athletic event in which the studentathlete may participate whichever occurs first the athlete agent shall givenotice in writing of the existence of the contract to the athletic directorof the educational institution at which the student athlete is enrolled orthe athlete agent has reasonable grounds to believe the student athleteintends to enroll.

2. Within seventy-two hours after entering into an agency contract orbefore the next athletic event in which the student athlete may participatewhichever occurs first the student athlete shall in writing inform theathletic director of the educational institution at which the studentathlete is enrolled that he or she has entered into an agency contract.
