Tenant not to assign without consent--nor violate conditions--norcommit waste.

441.030. No tenant for a term not exceeding two years, or atwill, or by sufferance, shall assign or transfer his term orinterest, or any part thereof, to another without the writtenassent of the landlord; neither shall he violate any of theconditions of his written lease, nor commit waste upon the leasedpremises.
