Rents dependent on life of another, how recovered when unpaid.

441.180. Every person entitled to any rents, dependent uponthe life of any other, may, notwithstanding the death of suchother person, have the same remedy, by action, for the recoveryof all arrears of such rents as are due and unpaid at the deathof such other person, as he might have if such other person werein full life.
