If tenant sublet, landlord may join sublessees in same actions.

441.230. In case any tenant shall sublet any premises or anypart thereof demised or let to him, the landlord shall have theright, in any action provided for by this chapter and chapter535, RSMo, to join as party defendants his lessee and allsublessees in the same action.
