Immunity from civil liability in certain eviction proceedings,granted when.

441.870. Any person or organization that institutes or participatesin an action brought pursuant to sections 441.710 to 441.880 shall beimmune from civil liability for actions performed in good faith and in thefurtherance of the cause of action.
