General power of appointment exercisable at death of donee,perpetuities period to run from death of donee.

442.557. In determining the validity of limitationsappointed in the exercise of a general power of appointmentexercisable only at the death of the donee of the power by willor other instrument, or of limitations in default of suchappointment, the perpetuities period and any similar period shallrun from the death of the donee of the power and not from thetime of creation of the power.
