Personal representative may satisfy and deliver deed or release.

443.160. The personal representative of the holder or ownerof any indebtedness secured by any security instrument, shall, ifsuch indebtedness had been paid to the decedent in suchdecedent's lifetime, upon request of the owner or owners of theproperty conveyed by such security instrument, deliver to suchperson a sufficient deed of release of such security instrument.
