Judgment on personal service.

443.240. When the mortgagor or debtor has been dulysummoned, or appears to the action, the judgment, if for theplaintiff, shall be as in section 443.230 specified, with theaddition that if the mortgaged property or collateral is notsufficient to satisfy the debt and damages, or damages and costs,then the residue is to be levied of other goods, chattels, landsand tenements of the mortgagor or debtor.
