Rulemaking authority--expedited review and licensing procedurespermitted, when.

443.709. To implement an orderly and efficient licensing process formortgage loan originators, the director may establish licensing rules andinterim procedures for licensing and acceptance of applications. Thedirector may establish expedited review and licensing procedures forindividuals previously licensed as a residential mortgage loan broker inMissouri or for individuals who were previously an ultimate equitable ownerof a residential mortgage loan broker in Missouri.
