Renewal of licensure, minimum standards.

443.721. 1. Minimum standards for license renewal for mortgage loanoriginators shall include the following:

(1) The mortgage loan originator continues to meet the minimumstandards for license issuance under sections 443.701 to 443.893;

(2) The mortgage loan originator has satisfied the annual continuingeducation requirements under sections 443.701 to 443.893;

(3) The mortgage loan originator has paid all required fees forrenewal of the license and any other outstanding obligations to thedivision or the NMLSR.

2. The license of a mortgage loan originator failing to satisfy theminimum standards for license renewal shall expire. The director mayadopt procedures for the reinstatement of expired licenses consistent withthe standards established by the NMLSR.
