Nonfederally insured credit unions, registration of employed loanoriginators required.

443.743. Nonfederally insured credit unions which employ loanoriginators, as defined in Public Law 110-289, Title V, the S.A.F.E. Act,shall register such employees with the NMLSR by furnishing the informationconcerning the employees' identity set forth in Section 1507(a)(2) ofPublic Law 110-289, Title V.
