Unique identifier to be shown on applications, solicitations, oradvertisements.

443.745. The unique identifier of any person originating aresidential mortgage loan and in the case of a mortgage loan originator,the residential mortgage loan broker license number or corresponding uniqueidentifier of the mortgage loan broker shall be clearly shown on allresidential mortgage loan application forms, solicitations, oradvertisements, including business cards or web sites, and any otherdocuments as established by rule or order of the director.
