Examination, powers of director to inspect records of licensedpersons.

443.809. The director shall have the authority, at any time and asoften as reasonably necessary, to investigate or examine the books andrecords of any licensed person to assure compliance with sections 443.701to 443.893. The director shall have the right to examine under oath allpersons whose testimony may be required relative to the business of anyperson being examined or investigated under sections 443.701 to 443.893.The director shall have free and immediate access to any licensed person'splaces of business and to all books and records related to the licensedbusiness.
