Brokerage business to be operated under actual names of persons orcorporations, violation, penalties.

443.819. 1. No person engaged in a business regulated by sections443.701 to 443.893 shall operate or engage in such business under a nameother than the real names of the persons conducting such business, acorporate name adopted pursuant to law, or a fictitious name registeredwith the secretary of state's office.

2. Any person who knowingly violates this section shall be deemedguilty of a class A misdemeanor. A person who is convicted of a second orsubsequent violation of this section shall be deemed guilty* of a class Cfelony.
