Licenses to be issued in duplicate, effective when.

443.823. All residential mortgage loan broker licenses shall beissued in duplicate with one copy being transmitted to the licenseapplicant and the second retained by the director. Upon receipt of suchlicense, a residential mortgage loan broker may engage in a businessregulated by sections 443.701 to 443.893. Such license shall remain infull force and effect until it expires without renewal, is surrendered bythe residential mortgage loan broker or is revoked or suspended as providedin sections 443.701 to 443.893.
