Application by broker to open additional full-service offices,fee--certificate to be issued and posted.

443.839. 1. A residential mortgage loan broker may apply forauthority to open and maintain additional offices in Missouri by:

(1) Giving the director prior notice of the residential mortgage loanbroker's intention in such form as prescribed by the director; and

(2) Paying a fee to be established by the director.

2. On receipt of the notice and fee, the director shall issue acertificate for the additional office. The certificate shall beconspicuously displayed in the respective office.
