Director may issue subpoenas and subpoenas duces tecum--authority toadminister oaths.

443.871. The director may issue and serve subpoenas and subpoenasduces tecum to compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of allbooks, accounts, records and other documents and materials relevant to anexamination or investigation. The director or the director's dulyauthorized representative may administer oaths and affirmations to anyperson.
