Inspection--maintenance plan, purposes, contents, review of.

444.365. 1. The operator shall submit aninspection-maintenance plan to ensure that the area will bemaintained until such time as it is stabilized and will beself-maintained in accordance with the purposes of the plan.

2. The inspection-maintenance plan shall contain allmeasures necessary to maintain all the designated final uses andall measures required under the closure plan, including aninspection program, access control program and a program tomaintain the structures and required vegetation.

3. The inspection-maintenance program shall set forth anestimated time for which each of the measures are to becontinued and a proposed basis on which a determination can bemade for determining that active inspection-maintenance is nolonger required.

4. The inspection-maintenance program shall be reviewed bythe operator and the director every five years, or upon requestof the owner or operator and shall be revised as necessary.
