Rules, authority, promulgation, procedure.

444.380. The director may adopt and promulgate reasonable rules andregulations to implement sections 444.352 to 444.380. No rule or portionof a rule promulgated under the authority of this chapter shall becomeeffective unless it has been promulgated pursuant to the provisions ofsection 536.024, RSMo.
