Members, interstate mining commission--appointment--compensation.

444.410. The governor shall appoint one member and one alternatemember to represent Missouri's interests on the interstate miningcommission. Such appointment shall be with the advice and consent of thesenate, as provided in section 51 of article IV of the Constitution ofMissouri. The state's member on the commission, or the alternate, shall beentitled to reimbursement for expenses necessarily incurred in thedischarge of his official duties plus, if not an employee of the state,fifty dollars for each day devoted to the affairs of the commission.
