Reclamation plan required, contents.

444.560. The application for a permit shall be accompaniedby a plan of reclamation that meets the requirements of sections444.500 to 444.755, and the rules and regulations promulgatedunder them, and shall contain a verified statement by theoperator setting forth the proposed method of operation, grading,reclamation and conservation plan for the affected area includingdates and approximate time of completion, and stating that theoperation will meet the requirements of sections 444.500 to444.755 and any rule or regulation promulgated under them.
