Commission to investigate all reports--release from bond, when.

444.640. 1. The commission shall investigate or cause tohave investigated the status of reclamation after each reportreferred to in section 444.580 has been filed.

2. If the commission determines that grading has beensatisfactorily completed pursuant to the report and as requiredby this law and the rules and regulations of the commission, thecommission shall release up to two-thirds of the bond filed foreach acre of land completed.

3. If the commission determines that revegetation has beensatisfactorily completed, the commission shall release theremainder of the bond for each acre of land completed.
