Commission may inspect and search--warrant, where obtained.

444.670. Commission members and authorized representativesof the commission may at all reasonable times enter upon anylands being strip mined for the purpose of inspection todetermine whether the provisions of sections 444.500 to 444.755have been complied with. No person shall refuse entry or accessrequested for purpose of inspection, to any member of thecommission or authorized representative who presents appropriatecredentials, nor obstruct or hamper any such person in carryingout the inspection. A suitably restricted search warrant,describing the place to be searched and showing probable cause inwriting and upon written oath or affirmation by any member of thecommission or authorized representative, shall be issued by anycircuit judge or associate circuit judge in the county where thesearch is to be made.
