Injunction and forfeiture of bond, when--attorney general to act.

444.710. In the event the commission determines that anyprovisions of sections 444.500 to 444.755, rules and regulationspromulgated hereunder, permits issued, conditions of the bond, orany final order or determination made by the commission or thedirector is being violated, the commission may, either afterjudicial review or simultaneous with judicial review, cause tohave instituted a civil action in any court of competentjurisdiction for injunctive relief and for forfeiture of bond.The attorney general shall bring such action, at the request ofthe commission, in the name of the state of Missouri.
