Commission rules and regulations authorized--delegation ofauthority--forfeiture funds, where expended.

444.784. The commission may adopt and promulgate reasonable rules andregulations respecting the administration of sections 444.760 to 444.790.Any act authorized to be done by the director may be performed by anyemployee of the commission when designated by the director. Allforfeitures collected after January 1, 1972, as provided in sections444.760 to 444.790, shall be expended to reclaim and rehabilitate landaffected in accordance with the provisions of sections 444.760 to 444.790.Insofar as is reasonably practicable, the funds shall be expended upon thelands for which the permit was issued and for which the bond was given.
