Operation without permit prohibited, penalty.

444.786. Any person required by sections 444.760 to 444.790 to have apermit who engages in the mining of minerals without previously securing apermit to do so as prescribed by sections 444.760 to 444.790, is guilty ofa misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less thanfifty dollars nor more than one thousand dollars. Each day of operationwithout the permit required by sections 444.760 to 444.790 will be deemed aseparate violation.
