Revegetation of mined land, responsibility transfer, approvalrequired.

444.955. With commission approval, a person other than theoriginal permittee may assume responsibility for revegetatinglands mined pursuant to sections 444.805 to 444.970*. Thecommission shall establish conditions of any such transfer ofresponsibility, which shall include the posting of a performancebond, to insure that the permittee's reclamation plan issatisfactorily completed.
