Unlawful to sell, trade or otherwise convey unless plan, plat orreplat shall have been recorded (cities of 400,000).

445.110. In all cities that now have or hereafter may havefour hundred thousand inhabitants or over, it shall be unlawfulto sell, trade or otherwise convey or to offer to sell, trade orotherwise convey any lot or parcel of land as a part of or inconformity with any plan, plat or replat of any subdivision orportion of the city unless said plan, plat or replat shall havefirst been recorded in the office of the recorder of deeds ofsaid city.
