Attendance of surveyor and witnesses--judge's duty.

446.050. Such judge shall, upon application, issue hiswarrant to the sheriff of the county to cause to come before him,at a place on the land and on a day to be designated in thewarrant, the county surveyor and such witnesses, as well withoutas within the county, as the person demanding such warrant, orother persons interested, may require.
